In case you missed it, the RJ had a big article today about - "Sex offenders being tracked". It is a Pilot program utilizes GPS technology.

They don't REALLY expect it to work "Either way, public safety officials emphasized the equipment does not prevent a crime. It deters it, and can help the state convict offenders of crimes or parole and probation violations."
