The Las Vegas Review Journal INTENTIONALLY PRINTED FALSE INFO ON THE UN. ========== In Sundays (7-2-06) articles - VIN SUPRYNOWICZ The U.N.: facilitating genocide worldwide WAS INTENTIONALLY MISLEADING. http://www.reviewjournal.com/lvrj_home/2006/Jul-02-Sun-2006/opinion/8077906.html

Vin = “United Nations have decided America's Fourth of July weekend is a great time for their latest

attempt to push through their ban on civilian small arms and light weapons.

This is what the UN REALLY Said – http://www.un.org/events/smallarms2006/

“Let me note that this Review Conference is

not negotiating a global gun ban, nor do we wish to deny law-abiding citizens their right to bear arms in accordance with their national laws.

Our energy, our emphasis, and our anger is directed against illegal weapons, not legal ones.

Our priorities are effective enforcement, better controls and regulation, safer stockpiling, and weapons collection and destruction. Our targets remain unscrupulous arm brokers, corrupt officials, dur trafficking syndicates, criminals and others who bring death and mayhem into our communities, and who ruin lives and destroy in minutes the labour of years. To halt the dstructive marh of armed conflict and crime, we must stop such purveyors of death. This is an ambitious--but achievable--goal. The Programme of Action has already provided us with a framework. Now, it is up to all of us, States, international and regional organizations, and civil society participants, to realize its aims.

The RJ printed a OFFENSIVE political cartoon. Then they Deleted it from their Archives.

Here is my questions to you -

1. Did you KNOW that happened?

2. What action can a reader do to - let the REST of the READERS know WHAT the RJ had done?

3. Do you consider it hypocritical for - Thomas Mitchell to BRAG about printing the Anti-Islamic Cartoons, and NOT ADDRESS THE OFFENSIVE CARTOON THE RAN AND DELETED FROM THEIR ARCHIVES?

Letters to the RJ Editor -Thomas Mitchell:

The Political Cartoon the RJ ran Thursday March 4, 2004 was WRONG then, but you NEVER APOLOGIZED FOR RUNNING IT.

What about the RJ's " hypocrisy"?

While I read your, pat us on the back article about the WONDERFUL thing you did when the RJ ran the Danish cartoons I kept thinking back to Luchovich's cartoon - YOU CHOSE - to run almost 2 years ago. Remember it?

2 panels - Left Panel - Rod Paige - then Education Sec. saying - "OK. I'll apologize for comparing the NEA Teachers Union to Terrorist…

Right Panel - Rod Paige saying - " I'm sorry - Al-Qaida".

"I'm sorry Al-Quida"

and some question me when I say the RJ is Anti-Teacher.

THAT IS A HORRIBLE CARTOON, AND THE RJ SHOULD NEVER HAVE PUBLISHED IT. But, then the RJ did something EVEN WORSE. THEY REMOVED IT FROM THEIR ONLINE ARCHIVES. To make money they have taken FREE Access off their web site, but If you could look at the archives for 3-4-04 you would see THEY TOOK IT OFF, AND REPEATED THE CARTOON FOR 3-3-04.

What about the RJ's " hypocrisy"?

But, wait there is even more.On the Mitch Fox Show on Channel 10 on Friday nites - Nevada Week in Review, soon after the 911 attack. Steve Stebelius said - I consider the Ashcroft proposals - WORST THAN THE 911 ATTACK. The next day, I called Mitchell, and asked him about it - his response was - he has a right to his opinion. Of course he does, but - "WORST THAN THE 911 ATTACK" ? The RJ NEVER mentioned what Stebelius said.

What about the RJ's " hypocrisy"?

Since News Organizations have started charging for access - Wonder why it is STILL CALLED - "THE FREE PRESS"?
